So delicious!! Got the Favorite waffle, sweet and refreshing. The employees were kind and the service was fast. Can’t wait to go back soon.

I loved this bistro! I like to take my aunt to different local places, and this one is at the top of the list. The service was excellent, the girl was so kind to my aunt who had a lot of questions. The food was incredible. While neither of us got the sweeter waffle options, the burger I got tased so good. I also love that they have so many choices in sauce for every taste level. The fries were fresh and were just as good as the main portion. They do offer the option to buy a waffle on its own. I got the cinnamon waffle and it was delicious even without the toppings. So grateful to this place for giving my aunt another great experience at a local chain.

Love this place. This is my favorite Belgian Waffle joint, whether it’s from the truck or the brick and mortar location. My favorite dessert is the Waffle Monster but you really can’t go wrong with anything. I also love the machine gun sandwich which I’ve had multiple times. The combo of those and the fries is amazing. I’ll for sure be coming back.

Great savory waffles, and the pomme frites are perfectly fried with a variety of delicious sauces. I particularly love the curry. This location has a small but excellent beer selection that took me back to Belgium! The owner and employees are very friendly!

I loved Bruges when it was a little stand but this restaurant is even better! You are greeted by a wonderful, warm person. The atmosphere is delightful. The food is superior. This is a must visit if your anywhere in salt lake.

Wonderfully delicious! Staff are super friendly and the place is clean. Got the most delicious chicken sandwich with frites. Chicken and waffles are also super tasty, you can’t go wrong! Price is a bit high, but the quality of the food was 100% worth it.

We came for a light dinner before the evening rush. The restaurant was very clean and inviting. The staff were friendly, helpful, and attentive. The food tastes like quality ingredients, and was made fresh to order. Very delicious and surprisingly quick. Highly recommend for individual diners, date night, friend/family night, etc..
